Head Track and Field Coach
The Head Coach is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Bethel College team within the guidelines set forth by Bethel College, the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) and the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA).

Essential Functions
Support the Mission, Vision, & Values of Bethel College
Help identify, evaluate, recruit and retain a roster of eligible student-athletes to meet the team’s recruitment goals
Organize practices and competitions
Recruit, hire and evaluate all assistant coaches
Perform administrative duties in regards to schedules, budget management, scholarship management, travel arrangements, scheduling of practice facility, and academic support
Knowledge and compliance of all KCAC and NAIA sport guidelines
Purchase and maintain all necessary equipment
