Position Overview:We’re seeking a Performance Coach who thrives on developing athletes to their highest potential. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sports performance, teaching, and mentoring, and who wants to be part of a team that consistently produces high-level results. You will work directly with athletes of all ages, from high school to professional, designing and executing individualized training programs, providing technical instruction, and fostering an environment of accountability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one and small-group training sessions tailored to the athlete’s sport, position, and goals.
Assess athlete performance using testing tools like VALD force plates, T-APEX, and sprint mechanics video analysis.
Build evidence based strength, speed, and power programs informed by current research, sound S&C principles, and Altis performance frameworks.
Mentor athletes on mindset, nutrition, injury prevention, and recovery strategies.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, energy, and engagement with athletes and families.
Collaborate with the coaching team to continually improve programming, methodology, and athlete experience.
Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of sport-specific training, strength & conditioning, and athletic development.
Experience working with high school, collegiate, or professional athletes is highly preferred
Bachelors Degree
CSCS certification or equivalent strongly preferred; other certifications accepted.
Excellent communication, teaching, and mentorship skills.
High energy, positive attitude, and a relentless work ethic.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
