Role Description

At SportPharm, we’re continuing to expand our footprint across professional and collegiate sports, and we’re looking for the right person to help lead that growth.

We’re seeking a licensed Athletic Trainer with a strong background in high-level athletics (NCAA Division I or professional sports) who is ready to transition into a relationship-driven, clinical sales role.

This is not traditional sales. This is about education, trust, and integration into the sports medicine ecosystem. This is a full-time, remote Sports Medicine Account Executive position, preferably with an athletic training background.

ROLE INVOLVES TRAVEL – APPLICANTS CAN LIVE ANYWHERE IN THE U.S. Applicants can live anywhere in the U.S., as this hybrid role refers to travel and field-based work, not a fixed office location. Our main locations are in Fort Lauderdale, Florida (East Division) and Torrance, California (West Division)

What We’re Looking For

Licensed Athletic Trainer (ATC)5+ years of experience in NCAA Division I athletics and/or professional sportsStrong understanding of sports medicine workflows and athlete careFoundational knowledge of clinical pharmacology (or willingness to develop)High level of professionalism and ability to communicate with physicians, ATs, and performance staff

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with professional teams, collegiate programs, and sports medicine clinicsLead team account acquisition and onboarding for SportPharm servicesConduct physician detailing and clinical education with sports medicine providersEducate partners on our prescription topicals, OTC products, and pharmacy servicesCross-sell across SportPharm’s full ecosystem (compounding, dispensing, manufacturing, logistics)Serve as a trusted clinical resource with a strong understanding of compliance and best practicesRepresent SportPharm at industry events, conferences, and on-site visits

Location & Travel

East or West Coast preferred (Florida or California strongly preferred)Travel required
