About the Role
About Motor City Hockey
Industry leader of youth hockey development in metro Detroit.
We train players age 4-18 years old.
Our facilities: Bloomfield Hills, Birmingham & Sylvan Lake
What We Are Looking For
Personal training certification.
Excellent communication skills with parents.
Ability to write and structure detailed programming for agility, strength and speed.
High energy and professional coach that works excellent with the children.
Primary training age: 7-18 years old.
Our Facility
Our player base is younger players.
Equipment at the facility: jump boxes, blaze pods, OVR speed gates, OVR vertical jump, hurdles, cones, agility poles, Rogue weighted sleds & more.
Scheduling
Motor City Hockey operates year round.
The primary location for this position will be in Sylvan Lake.
The facility is only open when being used.
Summer 2026: Monday and Friday 10AM-11AM.
Hours are pending on private lessons and other group trainings. Can be discussed based on candidates availability.
Fall 2026 / Winter 2026 – availability is after school Monday – Friday.
Pay: $23.23 – $27.97 per hour
