This is not an entry-level position — we need a coach who can confidently step in on day one and work with athletes and adults of all ages and skill levels.
We hold our fitness professionals to the highest standards. Coaches are expected to execute the D1 training methodology with energy, professionalism, and consistency while creating a motivating and engaging training environment.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:Deliver high-energy group and personal training sessions while following D1 class templates and standardsDemonstrate strong knowledge of athletic performance, strength, speed, agility, and movement mechanicsProgress experienced athletes and appropriately regress movements for beginner athletesCoach athletes of all ages, ranging from 7 years old through adultsBuild and execute individualized personal training programs for athletes across a variety of sports, including non-traditional sportsCreate a fun, welcoming, and athlete-focused atmosphere through an outgoing, engaging personalityExperience leading group fitness and training sessions desiredCurrent CPR certification requiredCurrent fitness certification required (CPT, Strength & Conditioning certification, or equivalent)If you love coaching, thrive in a high-performance environment, and are passionate about helping athletes succeed, we’d love to hear from you.
