My Coaching philosophy around the premise of being a Great Teacher. If a player can not perform a skill because I have not given them the correct tools to complete that skill, I have set them up to fail. I don't believe in trying the same thing over and over again expecting different results. My strengths lie in being malleable to different Personality types and knowing the best ways to motivate and get the desirable goal from that Player.

Despite somewhat flexible in my Coaching style, I do demand Hustle and Accountability from any Player I Coach. Talent isn't enough. I will easily sit the Player with more talent for the one that puts the most effort in. My Teams work hard. I pride myself in not pre-judging ANY Player because of perceived Physical attributes. The are judged by their desire to put the work in and the end results.

I love Coaching more than anything. Passing the knowledge I have for another to grow upon, is the most rewarding thing I can think of.

My Teams will play to their best potential. And if they do not Win...they go down swinging 😉
