I come into this with no expectations. I have no experience coaching at the college level, but I do have experience playing college basketball.
Here is what you will get from me if given the opportunity. You will get a young coach that has a drive to be successful. I can scout in depth and know a team's strengths and weaknesses. I have experience as an official and I'm confident that will help in many aspects, including player development. I have a psychology degree and I find this useful on a daily basis. I am a very quick learner that adapts quickly.
I understand that I'm not as experienced as other candidates, but I do have several characteristics and strengths that others do not. I believe that these will prove to be very valuable.

Education
I earned my business degree from USC Upstate. I also earned a Psychology degree.
Experience
In this position, I did everything from player development to coach during the games. The most important aspect was the relationship that I built with the players. The players not only got significantly better year-over-year, but they became successful young men during the process.
