Profile Summary
I want to pursue being a Assistant Athletic Director because it aligns perfectly with my life long career goals. I love impacting kids lives and I feel as though watching my own father as an Athletic Director has made me want to pursue this career to impact kids lives through my love and passion for sports. . I have wanted to become a professor since I finished my undergraduate degree and have a continued passion for it through my masters programs. Along with my extensive education and experience with coaching, referring and helping my father run a successful middle school program I just hav a passion to help others grow and learn through sports and activities. Due to my experience I think that I would be a great candidate to help run a successful Athletic Department as I have very intimate experience through roles that I have had as a Recreation Department Head Supervisor working with kids and adults alike, as a referee being involved on the side of sport to better the kids experience and allow them to play the games they love and as a intern in a college athletics department. As the Head Supervisor I was responsible for the complete maintenance schedule of baseball fields and also had to deal with scheduling and crowd management issues as well as helping provide coaches with every need for the programs. As an intern I was charged with creating an entire corporate sponsorship program which I believe could help our schools provide more opportunities for children and equipment. Leaning on that experience and the education I believe I have the heart and drive to be an outstanding Assistant Athletic Director for these kids in the community I am already so involved in.
