I have a wide variety of experience in the sports field. I am an elite international track sprinter myself still competing at the moment. I have worked in a Nike High-performance centre while obtaining my undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Science in the highest-ranked university in the UK. I also have a lot of experience in the youth athlete development side of the industry, where I co-founded a track and field academy that has grown to more than 300 athletes from the ages of 4 to 18 years while obtaining an Entrepreneurial Leadership master's degree from Babson College, which is the number one school in the world for entrepreneurship 25 years in a row.
