Profile Summary

Accomplished, hard-working and ambitious Coach interested in continuing to influence the lives of students and athletes.  Over 14 years of experience coaching and advising college athletes in the weight room, training them to be physically stronger, mentally tougher and utilize healthy lifestyle choices outside of sport.  I am ready to educate young people utilizing my coaching experiences, current research and technology available about choosing healthy lifestyle practices in their daily lives and how it can positively influence their lives. I also have over 20 years of  experience as a youth soccer coach, developing young players with the foundational skills necessary to become a high quality player. Training and mentoring young people to set goals and strive towards them, learning from setbacks, problem-solving and becoming mentally stronger is a passion of mine.  My vehicle has been using the weight room or soccer field to show them what they can do and how it relates to other areas of their lives.  Seeing their success and the joy they have from working through it is where I get my motivation to continue working and teaching the next generation.
