About This Position
The Assistant Track & Field Coach is responsible for supporting the development and success of the men’s and women’s track and field program. This role assists the Director of Cross Country and Track & Field in planning and executing training, recruiting student-athletes, and fostering a positive and competitive team environment.
This position plays a key role in supporting student-athletes in both their athletic and academic pursuits while ensuring compliance with institutional, conference (KCAC), and NAIA guidelines. The Assistant Coach contributes to practice planning, competition preparation, recruiting efforts, and program operations, helping to create a strong and supportive student-athlete experience.
