Description
Under the general direction and supervision of the Athletic Director, the Part-Time Head Women’s Soccer Coach manages and directs the day-to-day operations of the Soccer operations. The incumbent also advises and supervises athletic activities on and off campus, ensures the safety and welfare of all students, and enforces all NJCAA and college policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a working knowledge of the NJCAA eligibility rules and regulations.
- Attend meetings as scheduled by the Athletic Director.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the sport and transmit it to the players; field a competitive and representable team.
- Maintain good working relationships with the coaching staff
- Exhibit professional appearance, conduct, and behavior during athletic contests and when representing Southeast Community College
- Comply with the Athletic Trainers’ decision regarding the participation of injured players.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Athletic Director.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to qualify for auto insurance coverage.
- Experience with recruiting and training athletes.
