Description
The Lacrosse Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing the boys and girls lacrosse programs, ensuring the development of players and coaches, and representing the institution in a first-class manner. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, establishing a clear mission and vision, and fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Five years of applicable experience and a college degree is required. Must have played or coached at a high level of lacrosse. Will have and maintain relationships with NCAA DI-III and club lacrosse organizations and be active in state, regional and national programs.
- Must have highly developed interpersonal skills, can meet people with ease, communicate the written and spoken word with tact and diplomacy, and work effectively within every level of CEF.
- Possesses excellent organizational skills, is well-disciplined, and can work under pressure of many priorities and deadlines.
