Description
Qualified candidates will assist with coaching the team, coordinate and organize team selections, execute practice sessions as well as assist with management of meets and team communications.
Responsibilities:
- Attend each practice from 3:30pm - 5:30pm Mondays to Fridays and occasional Saturday mornings.
- Attend team’s meets, typically weekdays or Saturdays throughout the season.
- Work with a group of adolescent athletes in coaching running events.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- High school coaching experience.
- Experience as a competitive athlete at the high school or college level.
- Ability to run with the team for portions of practice.
- CPR and lifeguard certifications preferred.
- Willingness to work collaboratively with coaching staff and parents.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
