The Assistant Coach, in collaboration with the Head Track & Field Coach, or his/her designee, the assistant coaches and the support staff is responsible for the administration of the collegiate track and field Throws program in a way that reflects the athletics' department program goals. The assistant coach is responsible for creating an environment that is supportive of individual differences and maximizes the educational and athletic development of the student athletes.
Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
Ability to recruit within NCAA and PSAC rules.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and computer skills required.
Commitment to the student-athlete, passion for the sport, and the ability to coach and motivate.
